Loyalty & hospitality

“How do we make people come back?”

Gifts, rewards and in-room products that guests and members keep. A reason to return, long after check-out.

Pulitzer Hotel, Slippers
Loyalty & hospitality

“How do we make a hotel slipper that lasts, so Pulitzer stays with guests long after they check out?”

Slippers: Make the slipper worth packing. We designed a custom sole with a soft knitted top, with the Pulitzer diamond knitted into the fabric, not printed on. Made in an OEKO-TEX certified factory. Each pair comes in recycled tissue paper and a reusable linen bag that guests can take home. Slippers this good go in the suitcase, not the bin, and take the Pulitzer name home with them.

Fruitful Office, Crates & Stands
Loyalty & hospitality

“How do we give office fruit a place people notice?”

Crates & Stands: Make the fruit part of the office. A display idea with branded open crates, tilted so the fruit is always in sight. Three sizes, one system: a small Table version for the kitchen, a tall Floor stand and a wide XL version for shared spaces. Same crates, same tilt and the same logo at every size. Office fruit gets its own place, one you can't walk past.

Van der Valk, Toucan
Loyalty & hospitality

“How do we make our toucan part of the rooms and public hotel spaces?”

Toucan: Guests know the toucan from the sign outside. We brought it inside. A polystone statue of the Van der Valk toucan on a rock base, with a detailed beak and feathers in a gold finish, placed in the rooms and meeting spaces of the Van der Valk hotels. The toucan is no longer just on the sign: it's part of the room.

How it works for loyalty & hospitality.

  • Gifting cadence mapped to your programme: welcome, milestone, renewal, so every product lands at the right moment.
  • Personalisation that stays affordable at scale: names, tiers or room numbers without slowing production.
  • Packaging that feels like part of the stay or the membership, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.
