We only collect what we need to answer your question and work with you. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we never sell your data. This statement explains the details.

Puik concepts designs and produces custom branded products. We are responsible for the personal data described in this statement.

Contact and price challenge forms
When you send us a brief through the contact page or a quote through the price challenge on How we work, we receive:
- your name (contact form) and your email address;
- your message, or the quote you paste in;
- the PDF you attach, if you choose to add one (price challenge only);
- the page you sent it from and the time you sent it.
We use this to answer your request and, if you want, to prepare a proposal. The form is delivered to our inbox as an email; the website itself does not keep a copy. To stop spam, the form briefly checks your IP address to limit repeated submissions. That check happens in memory and is not stored.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before we enter into an agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Booking a call
The "Pick a time" buttons open our booking page on Google Calendar. The page is run by Google. The details you enter there, such as your name and email address, go to our Google Workspace calendar so we can plan and hold the call. Google's own privacy policy also applies on that page.

When you email us at info@puikconcepts.nl, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, your message and any attachments. Our email runs on Google Workspace. We use your email only to reply and to keep track of our conversation.

Server logs
Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider. For each visit, our host Vercel automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. This is used to keep the site secure and working, and is kept only for a short period set by Vercel.

Who helps us
We work with a few service providers that process personal data for us. We have agreements with them that say they may only use your data to do their job for us.
- Vercel hosts the website and handles the forms (USA).
- Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox by email (USA).
- Google provides our email and the call booking page through Google Workspace (EU and USA).
- Umami counts visits to the website without cookies or personal data.
- Sanity is where we edit the website's content. It holds no visitor data.
When data goes outside the European Union, it is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We don't sell your data and we don't share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and emails for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start a project together. Then we keep what we need for as long as Dutch law requires for business records: 7 years.
Server logs are kept for the short period set by our host.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- see the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is wrong;
- have it deleted;
- limit how we use it;
- object to how we use it;
- receive it in a common format, to take it elsewhere.
To use any of these rights, email us at info@puikconcepts.nl. We reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so we don't hand your data to someone else.
Not happy with how we handle your data? Let us know first. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
Every page and form on this site is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to our inbox and accounts is limited to the people at Puik who need it.

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date at the top. The latest version always applies.
